My daughter and I had a blast, chalk painting
this past Saturday, April 9th at Chalk This Way.

We have been painting at this festival for about
four years together. But this year, I painted as
a professional artist and did a 8’x8′ chalk drawing
of my original live art painting “Crystal Phoenix”
And she painted her own creation which was a
red rose. I am so proud of her because she just
dove in and did an amazing painting.
Because of that, she won 1st Place in
Best Visual Concept (over 13) with her “Red Rose”
